Kentucky Lands 2 Five-Star Recruits

Skal Labissiere and Isaiah Briscoe both committed to Kentucky tonight during ESPNU's basketball signing show.

Labissiere is the #11 player in the ESPN 100 and the 5th ranked center.  The 6-10 center is known for his incredible length and ability to challenge any shot the comes near the rim.  He can also finish with power around the rim, but is mostly known for his defensive abilities.

Coach Calipari also landed the #1 point guard in the 2015 class, who is ranked 13th in the ESPN 100.  Isaiah Briscoe is debatably the best high school point guard in the country.  He has great ability to score the ball inside the paint, but can also stretch out his game beyond the three point arc.  The 6-3 point guard averaged 19.2 PPG with his AAU team the New Jersey Playaz over the summer.

Together, Labissiere and Briscoe already are forming an early push for top reciting class of the year.  Together they will embarrass opponents in the college game, with a great ability to play through each other.  Oh yeah... And they are going to Kentucky.  Coach Cal will surely bring in many more high name high school prospects from this years class.  Once again, Kentucky is shaping up to have the best recruiting class in 2015.
